Can any one Guess when will August Approval start ... I know some people had done some statistics and so far they have been true
 
Believe me or not it is up to you

I saw an August Approval about 2-3 weeks back (RD late August). Not a posting but an actual paper approval. You should get something within the next month or so.

I am 100% sure that Augusts have started. There may have been 2 weeks of delay because of the restructuring.
