Hi ALL ,

Please answer me for this???

I have a situation that cleared I140 and want to apply for i485.My employer is not helping me to do so.So I want to apply paying from my pocket.
1.I do not have a jobletter How to handle this situation.
Does any one know any lawyer who handle this kind of situation.

Well, as long as the employer is willing to sign the documents for I485 stage, this will not be a problem.

You can find lawyers all over the place who will be willing to take up your case. I know quite a few people who are filing their GC independently & the employer justs signs off on the various documents.

I think i sent some information about it. Since I-485 is your application, u don't need sign from ur employer however u need letter from employer stating job still available for u.

If u don't have job letter, still u can apply but still risks r involved in it. u may consult lawyer.
