Can Amend I-140 pending with new Labor Certification ?

I have filed LC with my company in Dec 2001. I have filed I-140 in Oct 2002 with LC substitution with an LC approved for someone else. If LC filed in Dec 2001 gets approved can I amend I-140 pending with LC approved for me ?

Can we amend I-140 pending to make it CP ?
