Can a TN work on 1099

Hi All,

I got TN Visa last week , I would like to work on 1099, Can I work ? How do I pay taxes? Please help me.

Employer is fine with W2 or 1099 .

If I work on 1099 I will save some money.

a person in TN status can definately work with a 1099 instead of a W2.
