Can a PR bring in an adopted child?

My wife and I are Indian citizens and US permanent residents. Recently we adopted a child in India. What should we do to bring our child to the USA? Is there a law firm that has handled such cases?
 
I am pretty sure that you can bring the child here as long as you have the adoption papers to prove you are the adoptive parents.

then you can apply for the gc here.

when you become citizen the child automatically becomes citizen.
