i currently work full time for firm A on H1B. I got a full time job offer with firm B and firm B is ready to file H1B trasnfer. Once my H1B for firm B is approved does that mean my H1B from firm A is no longer valid. Can a person have 2 parallel (simultaneous) full time H1Bs in the system?
I have a lot of vacation left from firm A. Is it possible to have 2 H1B simultaneously so that I can work for Firm B and also receive paychecks from firm A (employer can not pay lumpsum at once) for overlapping period of 2 months?
