Can a person file two LC application at the same time?

My current employer (A) stopped sponsoring GC application last year due to the layoffs.

There is another company (B) is willing to help me out. They are willing to sponsor my GC application and agrees that I don\'t need to join them until I got my GC. They are about to file the regular LC in Chicago.

Now, I got message from my current company (A) saying that they might resume sponsoring the GC in 2-3 months. The LC might be RIR LC in Chicago (IL) as well.

My question is can I have two LC applications filed in the same state at the same time? I really want to have these two application run parallel, just in case. But, will they have any impact to each other?

Yes

You can have more than one LC pending with different employers.

So, these two (or more) LC can all be approved (assume there is no other problems), right?

Then, in I140 stage, I need to decide which employer I need to go with. Am I right?
