I am a LPR since January 2007. I was an asylee. I am from Mexico. I want to visit my mom (she is in Mexico)...I have read so many different things about how to do it.
My question is: Can a LPR travel to the Country of origin (Mexico) with the green card and his/her mexican passport? do we need to ask for a travel permit using 1-131?
