Is it possible for me to enrol into an University as a student by taking a leave of absence from my employer - does that preserve my L Visa status thereby alowing my spouse to continue working using her L2 and EAD? I am currently on an L1B- so if my employer grants me a leave of absence does that prserve my L1 B Status and yet let me onto studying?
Alternately can I look for options of continuing a full time enrolled program while being employed (if my company allows me to do a mobility program- telecommuting)- is that allowed?
