I am interested in doing a part time (or full time) accounting/general office job for a family owned 70 acre farm in California.
Will I be able to get H1B visa sponsored by a farm?
I am sure the farm won't pay me much. Will I be able to get a H1B visa for a $30K job?

Tough...

try convincing the INS that you require hi-tech workers for a farm's IT department :)

Sorry could not resist it...however I dont think you have any chance of getting an H1-B for full time work..for $30K. You have to show that US workers cant be found to fill that position in the LCA...
