Can a DV-2013 selectee apply for DV-2014???

Hi friends,
I hope everyone is fine and doing well. When will DV-2014 start, and can a DV-2013 winner(selectee) apply for the DV-2014?

DV lottery always runs once a year in Oct/Nov. Yes, a 2013 selectee can apply for 2014. It is a wise idea just incase one fails the 2013 interviews.
