A U.S. citizen petitioned the I-130 for her biological mother. It was recently approved and now at the National Visa Center stage.
Question 1: Her mother also has a child (under 18) - can this child immigrate with the mother? The I-130 did state the child is a family member.
Question 2: If yes, at what point, will the consular do the paper work for the child? How will the consular know the mother has a child in the first place? Can the mother simply bring along the child to the consular?
