Can a cancelled H1b visa be tranfered

H1b visa be tranfer issue

HI,

I have H1B visa filed by my current employer. I want to know whether it can be transfered even if I am not working with the current company. Can my visa be cancelled by the company and in that case can my new employer transfer it easily. I have not been sent to USA by my current employer on this visa.

I am lil lost, has you visa already canceled? or u think that if you change the company your current employer will cancel your visa?? Please clarify
