I have an interesting question i searched through forums and couldn't come to a conclusion whether it is allowed or not eventhough the answers i have derived from the available information is No you can't do that. Still wnat to ask this forum members
I'm a EB-3 485 applicant with priority date Nov 2003. My application is still pending and I recently had an AOS interview(very easy one lasted 5 min) and my case i still pending as the visa number is not available.
Bascially i just wnat to find out that I can go back to India stay there till GC gets approved and once it get approved tarvel back to US in advance parole?
is that doable in EB category. given the current visa retrogression it may be 3 to 4 yrs to get the GC approved with my prioroty date
