can a 140 PD is transferrable to another company
1. can a 140 PD is transferrable to another company for 485 for the same individual?, can we transfer immdly after the 140 is approved, if not whats the time frame.And what are the risks in it.
2. Can we do the PD transfer before/during /after 485 ? which is less risk (before 485/ during, after 485)
3. can we do a H1 transfer after 140 is approved or during/after 485 process & continue the same GC process(without going for GC process again).
4. can a EB3 PD is transferrable to EB2 (for both intracompany & inter company transfer)
