Can a 14 year old sign SC form?

DECLARATION OF RENUNCIATION OF CITIZENSHIP OF INDIA ON
ACQUISITION OF CITIZENSHIP OF ANOTHER COUNTRY

1. I _____________________________________________________ (here insert name and address of declarant) am of full age and capacity and was born at (with Tehsil, District, State and Country)

What is FULL AGE mean here?
If a 14 year old applying for RENUNCIATION OF CITIZENSHIP, will she sign in front of notory or the parents will sign? We are applying as family of 3.
If parent has to sigh, how this form wil be filled?

it doesnt really matter to the CGI whether ur son is a minor.

the application form is so ridiculous, more over they dont have proper directions of the website
nor does the form have sufficient space to fill in the information !

they should be reconsidering the application forms!

Thanks for replying. It is indeed very confusing and overloaded with information.

I am still looking if 14 year old has to sign the SC form or parents have to sign.
 
I asked my 10 yr old daughter to sign, then me and my wife signed as well in "the little space" provided.

1. Should i enter my 14 year's old name here or my and my wife's name?
2. Should my kid and me, my wife sign here.

Please some one who has gone thru this process, reply. I have to send this as soon as possible.

------------------YES if that is for 14 years old.
2. Should my kid and me, my wife sign here.
--- Let the kid sign and you also write your name and Sign and write (" Signature of Father of XYZ) let your wife also write her name then Sign "(" Signature of the Mother of XYZ)
