Can 6 year counter be reset before completin of 6 years in usa?

I worked in USA on H1B for three years. After that I went out of USA for one year. Now I am in USA on H1, In this case my 6 years will restart from re-entry?

Is your present visa new one or the extn of old one? 6 yrs clock starts if you obtain a new visa under quota after one year stay out of US

In this case you can stay complete 6 years. You can recapture whatever the time you stayed out side US.
