Can 11 year old child continue on Green Card and Indian Passport after Parents became US citizens?

My Wife and I have recently become US Citizens. Our 11 year old daugher still has her Green Card and Indian Passport currenlty. She is eilgible for automatic citizenship. However, we have neither initiated N600 procedure not applied for her US passport yet. Can she travel with current Indian passport and Green Card?

As as matter of law, she is already a US citizen, automatically and involuntarily. Whether you have initiated or applied for anything is irrelevant. As a US citizen, she should not travel on her green card. As to whether automatic US citizenship for minors causes loss of Indian citizenship, I am not sure about that.

In practice, if she continues to use her Indian passport and green card, it will probably still work, because border officials are unlikely to adjudicate the complexities of whether she met the conditions to have gotten automatic citizenship or not.
