Came on H1b/h4 without knowing 485 approval

I have 2 questions for experts in this forum.Please help me in getting answer for these.

1) My 485 got appoved while I was in india.Without knowing this i came to US using my H1B and my wife came on H4.Will I have any problem later becuase of this?.

Right now my wife's 485 is pending and its time to renew AP & EAD.What will be her current status H4/AP?.

Not its not an issue. Once you are in Immigrant Status, it does not get changed to nonimmigrant automatically.

Right now my wife's 485 is pending and its time to renew AP & EAD.What will be her current status H4/AP?.

Since you are a GC holder now (no more H1) you wife is not no H4. She is in "Adjustment of Status" and will need AP if she wants to travel

When I apply for my wife's AP/EAD renewal,is it ok to send the copy I-94 which has h4 reference on it?
