Calls are going to Cust Service instead of IIO @ NSC

I called the 1.800... number this morning; selected 3 4 after listening the case status message. It says ' you will be transferred to Customer Service Reps. The working hours are 8 AM to 5 PM (or 6 PM) and callback during the above hours '.

I called at 10.35 EST and I heard the above message !!! I do not know what timezone the hours are :confused:

In tha past, it went to IIOs and then to CE Reps if no IIOs available. But, it goes rite to CSR with above message without even waiting/trying to connect IIOs at all.

Anyone received this kind of response when tried to reach IIOs ?
