Hi guys

what's going on WAC-01-290-299 series.. Last few weeks onwards INS started to approve october ND's/November.

I just want to track Members having 290 -299 series waiting for approval.

Mine:

RD:09/18
ND:09/27
FP:11/26
processing resumed on 12th jan'02
 
WAC-01-290-5xxx Still Pending.

RD: August 24
ND: Sept 21
FP: Nov 23rd
On Jan 12th Processing is resumed...........

Anybody beyond 12 months peroid

Anybody left out more than 12 months.....because I completing 12 months after applying my I 485...It looks like the approvals nowadays takes more than a year.

Any thoughts..........

CSC - RD 08/01 Nd 09/01 - NO FP Yet

I am here completing 12 months this month. .. but still waiting for FP.

Called IIO

hi guys

I know it's really getting frustation to see INS approval process order. So far i never called IIO regd my process. I almost completed 11 months after filling 485.

Yesterday I got IIO and spoken to her. I didn't ask any question. she took my receipt number and told me "case assigned on Aug 9th".

Hopefully i will see all approavel WAC-01-series in this month/sep.
 
wife's case wac-01-280***** still pending

My case was approved on July 31 but wife's case
still pending..Strange are the ways INS works.

If you case is assigned, it is really a good news to you. Atleast something happening in your case......Hopefully we see your approvals by next week....Good Luck

Happy to know that your case is assigned to an officer on 08/09.

As we know right now flow of regular processing is around Nov,Dec cases. In my openion all pending and non assigned Sept cases will be processed only in the process of moving JIT past Sept. Your case assigned to an officer on 08/09 gives me an indication that right now they are looing into our cases.

Past couple of weeks I was observing any similar cases (close to my ND) that are assigned or approved with out RFE recently.

That is definitely good news sridhars. Expect to see your approval anywhere from the next week to 2 or 3 weeks.

we're all in same boat and our captain is INS. just kidding....

Hopefully i will get it mine end of this month. I will keep update my status to board members.
