IIOs answers have been in consistent with regards to assigned/not assigned to officer. I am looking at the worst case (i.e) when the JIT dates will move past 09/01 (right now it is 08/01):(

did you re-confirm that the case had been assigned on the mentione date.

In my case first IIO told me assigned on Jun 19 and later second IIO tells me now not assigned at all. Although, my wife got RFE for medical. I do not know if you could get RFE without being assigned. Or the IIOs just don't have any clue.

Hoping for the best for all of us.....

Called IIO early july, was told case assigned
again last week of june.
Still no approval. AVM plays "normally takes 975-999 days to process, because preliminary processing has been done, it will take approximately 999 days".

Such a frustrating wait, and I check msg every night and pray that I don't get an interview.

(My old id tb00957 can't log in to this new website somehow, so I created a new id.)

It looks like there are few approvals from this range in the current week. Hope all WAC-01-28x to WAC-01-29x will be cleared up in the next two weeks......

Yes u(chiefcook2002) r correct. INS is working too.. hard to clear 01 cases. Good for all 01 waiters....:eek:

Message said 975...999 till yesterday.
Today it changed to "fingerprints received and processing resumed"
Does this mean anything. Case was assigned on Jun 27th.
