Calling IIO

We have been calling CSC (949 831 8427) to know the status of my I-485 application from an IIO, but we have not been able to get the line.. it is always busy..

Is there any easier way to reach them, I see that because so many of you are able to speak to IIO @ CSC

I live in OK (Central US)

How long does it usually take to wait once you get the connection

10 to 15 mins after getting connection

and to get connection...just keep trying

It depends...

I dialed for two hours and waited for two minutes once got connected. FYI, there office hours are 9 AM to 3:30 PM PST Mon - Fri.

Does Calling from California have advantage over calling from other areas outside CA.

CAlling does not help much too

Most of the IIOs just give standard replies and aren\'t any help.
