Calling IIO

Friends,
I now know for certain that there is no point in calling IIOs.
They simply dont have access to what exactly is going on with a
case .
You would have noticed standard answers like "Pending "
30 days , 60 days , 3 weeks ....
My advise is let us not call them .

They can be used for other important duties which
can help speed up the GC process
like EAD approvals etc .

Calling IIOs too many times will result in some officers
being given this work and this digs our grave ..
We dont want to do that !
 
I agree too

Especially some of the guys have been calling on dec-00 cases and cases whichhave been mailed one week prior...

I feel they should observe the forum and start calling them when c similar cases ..

Too many inquires ..could drive the IIO\'s nuts ..and some genuine callers ahve to bear the fallout.
