Calling Feb '04 (or before) filers with no FP

I have noticed that most applicants who filed before (or even 2 months after) my Feb '04 filing date have received FP notices. Are there any still with AD in or before Feb '04 who have not received their FP notice? Thanks.

Is there no one from Nov '03/Dec '03/ Jan '04/ Feb '04 who is yet to get FP notice? I have seen several Mar '04/ Apr '04 FP notices. If someone is in similar position, please post...

I -140 RD 12/21/2003

I -485 RD 12/21/2003

EAD/AP approved

FP????

Even I didn't get FP notice. I applied I-140 on 12/12/03(RD) and I-485 12/31/03(RD). Waiting for good days
