Guys:

I am very worried about my case. No 45 day letter. My attorney is also indicating that this is concerning.Maybe our files are lost. I assume you are all in the same plight. We need to do something. Do you have any updates ?

Nothing to report

No update here folks. I am concerned too. All the more, cos a friend of mine from Wisconsin came to know that his 45 letter was sent by BEC, but his attorney never recd it. I am trying to get more info on that.

If that is the case, then BEC can close our cases assuming no response. Also, I am seeing approvals for 2004 from many states except Texas.

The recent Visa bulletin showed some hope for EB2, India. I am concerned, that my PD might get current in the near future and I would still be waiting for the Labor.

What are your thoughts on requesting the screen shot? I havent done it cos I do not need to extend my H1 yet. But I really want to request it. Thoughts?
 
Finally after years of waiting I have something to report.
Got the 45 Day letter from BEC on 04/14/06 and replied
