Questions regarding Medical appointment and Interview time frame

First of all I would like to wish you all a great Dashain celebration!
I am currently residing in Canada and most probably I will be current for the month of Feb/March. During this period, I need to make a short travel arrangement for interview in Kathmandu.
My question:
How long will the medical test takes place in Kathmandu?
When can we arrange appointment? I mean how long ahead we need to contact them
Any preferred Dr. and Why?
?
Also, How long will it take to get your passport from the embassy?
Please share your experience regarding MEDICAL TEST AND INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE that will help anyone who will be having their CP in Kathmandu.
