1st AP/EAD done.
1st AP expiring Jan 31, 03. EAD Expiring March 03

filed 2nd AP or self/spouse. Filed 2nd EAD for self 2 weeks
back. No receipt yet.

How much need to pay for AP and EAD renew?

Maybe that's what CSC wants.

(above applied by the lawyer, following applied by ourselves)
2ndEAD applied & ND: 09/24/02 (me) still pending
2ndAP applied & ND: 10/11/02 (me and spouse) still pending
So totally 6 cases are pending at CSC.

Lawyer has filed the 2nd AP/2nd EAD for me. Dont know how much it costs if you do it yourself , but i think somewhere in between $100-$120

Your first EAD should still be valid. Whats the starting date for the second EAD? Do the periods of validity of 2 EADs intersect?

Because my second EAD was not approved yet, I took interim EAD on 10/21/02 and they issued it with validity starting on 10/21 while my 1st EAD is still valid (till 10/24).

I am also curious to know why your second AP was denied? Is it because you still have plenty of time on the first?

Yet to file 2nd EAD

I-485 info:
RD 10/15/01
ND 11/16/01
FP 01/25/02

Got interim EAD in June, expires on Feb 15th 03. My lawyer told me that I can go to INS office in person 1 month before expiry and get an EAD so haven't filed for renewal yet.

spouse's EAD updated

I checked the AVM last night and online status this morning. My spouse's EAD has been approved on 10/24 which ND is 04/18/02 with WAC-02-163. Since he has already got the interim EAD, we didn't send fax inquiry about his case during the long wait. Looks like CSC is picking up its pace on approving cases. We still have another 5 cases pending with CSC. Hopefully, they are getting approved soon.
