)....... you would have shouted these to USCIS Betwen June - Sep 2007. Too late..we missed it.....In Nov 2006, I also have been told that someone has to sit for my case and there are not many people to do Substitution cases.
Then later on I am hearing that my name check is pending.
Now when I call, the reply is my background check is pending.
Only God knows or USCIS knows the truth.

No one knows what's going with our name check pending either FBI or USICS.
USICS do not has system to follow up long pending NC and FBI do not give any information.
Once I ask IO do you had any system that follow up the long NC pending cases? She say No, Once we sent the data to FBI that's it. It is up to FBI to send the result. We do not had anyone to follow up and we do not resubmit NC again.
What is option gays ? Same body has tell USICS that you should follow up long NC pending cases. But that is very hard to take change in the System . It may take between 2 to 5 years.

Hope you are aware that whom you are addressing....
It is a batch process.... they submit Name check to FBI, and check back again in batches at scheduled time....(may be couple of times in a month or week)....

I hope that if they do this, they take original labor priority date only
and not pd through subsitution. because people who do substitution
are not necessarily waiting for as long as the pd claims !
