same BS here. An AA IIO has told me absolutely the same. I had to explain to her about Sep07 bulletin and cutoff dates in there. She promised to notify "the Unit" about the case pending. Not sure she'll do it.

Got connected in less than 30 seconds. Info as follows:

1. No Visa assigned.
2. Case not assigned to officer.
3. Wait until October.

She didn't mentioned October of what year
