Called the national custom service #

Same thing here. I hope the inquiry is now on its way despite the confusion about the processing date being Nov 4 or Dec 5. The November date could cause another delay because it's not quite 30 days after my ND. I expect having to contact my congress man after getting the standard response "Your case is still pending ..." in about 30 days. Everything else would be a great surprise.
 
Don't bother calling if......

New dates state Dec/2002,
called them and they said:

You received FP notice and you did FP in December.
Now you go to wait 60 days more before calling us about it.....
They are really a sport...I hanged up on them!!!!

OOCYTE: i think this is most likely this is their response to your inquiry or could be an FP if it expired already.
