I called IIO and thes immigration rules are changing the way they want it. It used to 16 months for adjudication of 485.

I called today and they are saying that its going to be 18 months fromnow onwards. They can check on the status only after 18 months.

Damn thing, CSC looks like its going bad to worst.


Its a crime to have some expectatiions for quick adjudication of long pending cases from now onwards.

So what if u call them before 18 months ?

Do they track incoming calls and trace the guy and convict him for his crime and then finally deport.
