The customer svc rep told me "my case is in a waiting area, waiting to be assigned to an officer". Does that mean the security check has been cleared? I had called last month and another rep told me, my security check is cleared and my case is being reviewed by an officer, and now they tell me its in a waiting area?

you cannot count on their answers vik. I think rep makes up an answer unless they can see anything obvious on their computer. Your case could be with an officer or on the line or god knows....I would call a few times and see if I get a consistent answer. Don't worry I'm in the same boat too.. whats your PD/RD etc....anyways good luck bro
