Hi,

I just called National Customer Service Center, and it took me only 5 mins to get thru (is it normal or I am one lucky bastard?).
The rep took down all my information, and assured me that I will get the response back from CS center within 30 days.

ND: Sept. 27, 2001
2nd FP done: May 10th, 2003
1st FP Done: Dec 2001
RFE: June, 2002

Guys, here is unpredictable questions... When will I get my approval?
 
You should get your approval any time now. If you didn't do it yet, probably it is better to send a fax enquiry (level1/level2). Good luck.

Do you know the FAX #, and where can I find the text to be specified in outgoing FAX?
