called to verify the address change I reported a month ago.
Tried dialing for 5 minutes and got the line.
Waited for 17 minutes and IIO came online.
He verified that my address is already changed.
Asked abt the 485 processing. He said that it is very slow and he cant comment....
Jeez..Atleast they shud be polite in answering our ques...
