Called IIO

I called IIO on July 5th, and I was told that, my case been assigned to an officer. I forgot to ask, on what date it was
assigned.

I called IIO today, i was told that, it has been moved from one place to other on July 17th, but not assigned to officer.

What does this mean ?.

Means IIO is lying because it seems that they donot want to share case assigned info anymore with anyone, they are not giving it out anymore it seems. It also means it was probably assigned earlier and just take it easy.

Probably your case processing is finished, it might have reached another senior officer to verify/ certify the decission made( APPROVED )

There are bunch of officers in INS Customer service to mis lead you. So keep it cool dude...
