My details are EB3-India - RD 7/28/99 - ND 8/9/99 - FP 7/24/00, EAC99-236-5xxxx. I talked at an IIO at 8.15 this morning. She told me
that my case was "in the area it is supposed to be". I asked her what that meant and she said that
they were processing Aug cases. I asked her it is was with an officer and she said that it wasnt but it
would soon be. she said that it would take 40-60 days to receive an answer. The 40-60 days is a
standard answer but I beleive I am close. So are you. I wonder what "in the area it is supposed to be"
means.
