Guys,

I called IIO today. He told me that they are going to send some
notice in a couple of weeks. And I should be receiving the notices.

When I asked what the notices are about, took a few moments (looks like
verified something in computer(?)) and told me that he does not know
what they are going to send, but I should be receiving a couple of
weeks.

Does anyone have a simmilar experience? Could anyone guess what
these notices are? If they are going to be RFE or something, why
wouldn\'t/couldn\'t he tell? This mystery worries me.

Gurus please respond.

I pity with you. Welcome to the world of INS. and by the time we get our GC\'s we will be able to handle any stress in life.

Good luck. I am in the similar boat like yours. RD/ND Apr 99, EB2 Boston. All I am worried is that my case does not get transferred to Boston INS. It sucks to get an interview there.

Called IIO. Told my case is pending. When asked about the details, refused to give further details.
What does the pending mean? Please share the experiences.

Mine : eb3, rd 5/99, nd 6/99. I was asked to wait for 4 to 6 weeks.
