called IIO today?

Tried to many times.. line was busy.
I'm not sure the switch-over to the 800 number has happened yet.

The NCS line seems to be doing business as usual:
They ask when did you apply, then say that TSC is processing Nov 2000. They don't even ask for your case number.

I called and sopke with an IIO today regd. FP question. So, Looks like the phone line 214-381-1423 still work.
