I called IIO this morning, got through after 15 mins on hold.
The BCIS officer was very nice, she said our cases are still pending, and they are going to put a request since it is over 540 days. she said that they must misplaced our cases otherwise we should be approved already. I also asked her about FBI clearance, she said the result had been sent back to them. The I485 processing time according to her is Nov/2001.
I also asked her what will happened if our FP expired after 15 months. I was worried that we have to wait another 500 days. She said those Re-FP files will be put on a special shelf and processing time will be no longer than 60 days.
