called IIO this morning. Said that my case is under review and that I should hear something in 30 days. Does That mean anything? I wish it would mean something. For what I see in the board it rarely means anything. Just thier usual answer.!

Did you ask them what the current processing time is?

"Under" review means an officer is looking at it, "pending" review means it hasn't been assigned. I am not a lawyer, its just my interpretation

"Pending review" and "Under review"

Pending review : Your "documets" go into a "SLEEP MODE" till the dates moves(to your respective RD) with the officer in a "WAIT MODE".

Under review : The "officer" goes into a "SLEEP MODE" with your documents sitting in a "WAIT MODE" on his table
