I spoke with IIO this morning about 10AM and ask about the status of my case

nice lady told me that they (INS ) request I-140 from National Visa Center and recived that a week ago but it has been filed to my documents yesterday and I should expect a decision in the next 30 days


Is the pulling I140 from NVC and attching it to the I485 standart procedure?
Shoud i be worry about anything?

I'm adjusting a status based on employmet as a SKILLED WORKER
i don't have any degrees

what a CP stands for?

CP means Consular Processing

your case has been delayed!!! I cannot imagine why its taking longer than expected...they are already processing august RD and you are in the Jan Rd....you should keep calling and ask what is going on...
 
Rokis,

Probably your lawyer might have asked for CP in your home country consulate in 140 stage. Then after he filed AOS.

INS does not need the 140 files from NVC to approve the case. Sometimes depends on the Adjudicator requests the file from NVC once it reaches them they will approve it.
