I have a ND of Aug. 30, 99 and was told to wait for another 60 to 90 days to hear their decision.

I do not know how long they are going to take to process August 1st cases. When I called they are processing still August 1st cases. They have not even looking at August 2nd cases. I am sure, she bluffed,since we have seen the approvals whose ND is August 11th.

My ND is Sept 4th 1999. She said I needed to wait a couple of months to hear anything from them.

I am sure the bill is going to cleared and we will be free to join any other company before ours is approved.

Anyway what we can do other than crossing our fingers.

EB3 other. I did not get the notice yet, but the message said the notice was mailed.
