Called IIO second time but same answer.

I spoke with IIO today. I was told my 485 application is pending. What does it really mean. Does it mean it is shelf or with the officer. When I asked does it mean 485 application is with the officer for review, customer representative told yes. If it is with the officer for review they can as well tell it is being reviewed. Do they means both pending and review are same.

My details : PD 2/96, EB3, INDIA, RD 5/99, ND 6/99

Don\'t call them too often. I know for a fact that they track it very closely. Given your RD/ND it should be close to approval or RFE stage. Just leave the IIOs alone and you will surely hear something soon.

Hi there! This is my first message posting. Hope I am addressing to the right audience. I just got my I-140 cleared. For I-485, is it 3 years of w2\'s are a must. Because I have misplaced my 1997\'s w2 and I don\'t want to go back and ask for my w2. Also, is it enough to submit only my tax returns which I have.

Also, how long is it taking right now from applying 1-485 stage till I get my AC in EB2.
