Great!!! So when did you contact the Senator. Was your case assigned within the 90 days as said by the senator? I have generally seen that through senators things happen...

Just called IIO about my case. My case was assigned to an officer in the beginning of Dec.
She told me that my case is under review since yesterday and I will hear something before the end of March or sooner...

I guess that's a good news, atleast some one started reviewing it...
