Called IIO-Name change

When I called on 6/25, i was told that case has been assigned to officer on 6/21.
Today IIO says that case has been "POLLED FOR REVIEW" on 7/9 and "Computer does not allow her to get more information at the current time".

Can someone help me understand as to what it means?????

can you post your ND ? how the name change happened, 140 and 485 had different/same name ?
