Called IIO (5/28, 12.05 PM. PST),
RD - 07/10/01 ND - 08/23/01 FP - 11/23/01

She told me that my case is still in Adjucation Area,
I asked her is my case is assigned to Officer, she said NO
(she told me generally it a applicaton doesn\'t remain in Adjucation Area for long time, if we don\'t have the documents like 140 approval with the application then it remain in this area for long time).
it is still in Adjucation Area, (i have no clue what that is)
Then she asked me about my 140 Approval, was it from same company which
applied your I485, then she confirmed that they have all the information
needed about my 140.
About my FP she said everything is ok and report looks good.
when i asked her when i can expect any decision, she said 3-4 weeks.

same she told me about my wife\'s case.

Hi!

I talked to IIO and got the same information (RD 07/05). Generally speaking, most people here posted that their case has been assigned to an officer. Unfortunately, even my case is in this area for long time and don’t what’s going to happen. I even can’t imagine what might be missing…
