I called BCIS they say it is a typographical error and soon be corrected.

Y2K guys called back and asked to work upon the D2K problems
with the 3 digit limit.
30 to 90 days will be 1030 to 1090 days and to reach 1999 days
by year end.
Bet you a beer if I am wrong.
