Called BCIS 1-800 number, my case couldnot be found.

Have anyone experienced this...

I called the 1-800 number for BCIS customer service, finally get to enter the WAC number, the message said there was a system error and my case status could not be retrived.

However, if I enter the WAC at their web site, my case status shows up, same old 660 days stuff.

I would not bother about that too much, that BCIS official must be snoozing or something like that. It just shows how inefficient bunch of morons are they.
 
Yeah right you'll be approved tomorrow !!

Everytime I call I hear:

"Due to a temporary problem in our system we're unable to find the status of your case .... "


This temporary problem has been pretty permanent for me ;)

I get the same 660 to 660 online and due to technical... via AVM!
