ND - 02040. GC approved with RFE. Plastic card arrived but spouse is not so lucky. No RFE/Second FP for spouse. Anybody else in the same boat??

Thanks but the surprising fact is that my PC arrived in March. I was just being patient for my spouse...but I am loosing my patience...Just want to Kick them real hard.

Do you and your spouse have different last names on your application? I've known cases pending for more than a year (two infact) since INS had issues putting hte two cases together as they had different last names.

I am the primary applicant and yes you are right we do have different last names.
